Products are made to order with our production partners. Production happens before shipping; separate products may ship separately. The available shipping services, shipping charge and taxes appear at checkout.
Buying for an event?
San Francisco Tech Week runs October 5–11, 2026. Delivery depends on the selected product, variant, address and shipping service. Arrival for Tech Week or any specific event is not guaranteed. Check your estimate before paying.
Sizing and changes
Use the size chart on the product page and compare it with a garment you own. AI campaign portraits are not fit references. Contact us immediately if you need to change an order; changes may not be possible once production begins.
Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description. Keep clear photographs of the issue and packaging. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed production problem.
Change of mind
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size selected incorrectly, except where required by applicable law. This does not affect your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
